On site search data showed that customers are actively seeking dresses on myer.com.au however conversion rate remains low (1.79%)
To combat this we decided to introduce a content hub tailored to dresses and improving product information and inspiration will enable customers to make purchase decisions easier during the research phase.
Based on data insights I designed an inspirational page to cater to women looking for particular dress styles to improve conversion rate by making the research phase a lot easier. The Dress Edit is now a permanent fixture on myer.com.au and is updated accordingly to season, events or latest trends.
